Mango Smoothie Bowl.

When it’s mango season and you have plenty in your house, there are various ways of having them part from the usual mango smoothie drink. You can have a mango smoothie bowl! If you want this bowl really thick and creamy; wash, peel and cut your mangoes in cubes then freeze beforehand.

The health benefits of mangoes include helping in digestion, boosting immunity, promoting eye health, lowering cholesterol, clearing the skin, an excellent source of vitamin A, beta-carotene and potassium. They also provide vitamin B6, C, E among many other benefits.

Ingredients

Mangoes

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Passion fruit
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut your mangoes in cubes. Put them into a food processor or a high power blender and process for 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy. (If you don’t have a powerful blender, please add a little water to avoiding damaging it 🤗 )
  2. Pour into your serving bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
