This homemade cashew milk is so creamy, quick and easy to make and it will turn out to be your favorite dairy free nut milk just as it has turned out to be my favorite.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Let’s talk about the ingredients needed to make this delicious homemade cashew milk
- Raw cashews: They are neutral in flavor. Perfect for the milk.
- Dates: They are meant to sweeten the milk and can be substituted with honey or maple syrup.
- Pinch of salt: It brings out the flavor of the nuts together with the dates.
- Vanilla extract: This acts as a flavor booster and one can totally leave it out incase you don’t have it on hand.
- Water: What’s a nut milk without water! Incase you want the milk less creamy, feel free to add more of it.
