Pineapple Green Smoothie

This pineapple green smoothie is delicious yet very nutritious. A perfect way to increase vegetable consumption.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cucumber, washed and diced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • A handful kale or collard greens
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almond milk*
  • 1 cup water*

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

Notes

Incase you don't have almond milk on hand you can add a handful of almonds or cashews and a cup of water.
You can as well replace the water with almond milk or any other nut milk you have on hand.
Ground flaxseeds can be substituted with whole ones or chia seeds.
