Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

This Pineapple Coconut smoothie is so similar to a pinacolada. It's a quick and easy smoothie to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • ¾ cup coconut milk*
  • ¼ cup ginger water*

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

Notes

Incase you don’t have coconut milk on hand you can add ¼ cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes with ¾ cup of water.
You can as well leave out the ginger and use plain water instead or add a tiny piece of ginger with water to make ginger water.
Chia seeds can be substituted with flaxseeds.
