Honey Soy Pork

This is the easiest and most delicious honey soy fried pork you'll ever make. With just 6 ingredients and you are good to go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 kg pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 onions, diced
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating some oil in a pan then sear the pork cubes till golden brown. Make sure to use a wide pan to ensure they are well seared then cook till almost done.
  • Add the honey, soy sauce and onions then allow the onions to cook till soft.
  • Finally garnish with some cilantro (dania) leaves and enjoy!

Notes

You might not need salt at all since the soy sauce had sodium.
I prefer using dark soy sauce but you can use the light soy sauce or tamari if you prefer gluten free sauces.
