Today being Valentine’s Day, I choose to share with you a fruit bowl for breakfast. For great thickness, make sure your mango and banana are frozen. Feel free to substitute the butter milk with regular milk or any plant based milk or even water. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g grapes
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1 cup butter milk
Toppings
- Chocolate chips
- Desiccated coconut
- Sliced strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes till smooth.
- Serve with your toppings of choice.
