Am a sweet potato lover and making them in different ways is something I truly enjoy. This recipe is quite simple and the outcome is flavourful crispy sweet potatoes on the outside and soft on the inside. Toss till the sweet potatoes are well coated with the spices then spread the cubes into one even layer.
