It can even be made the night before and enjoyed in the morning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Toasting the oats:<\/strong> This is a necessary step if you don\u2019t have granola on hand. Start by melting a tablespoon of butter on a pan then add in the oats. Keep toasting till golden brown.<\/li><li><strong>Making the strawberry sorbet:<\/strong> Add the frozen strawberry in a high power blender or a food processor together with honey if using then blend for a few seconds.<\/li><li><strong>Assembling the parfait: <\/strong>Add a few tablespoons of the toasted oats or granola on your serving glasses. Follow by a few tablespoons of the strawberry sorbet then the Greek yoghurt. Repeat till the glass is full.
