Add in the pumpkin spice and salt then mix till well combined then set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl, combine the eggs, molasses\/brown sugar, melted coconut oil, buttermilk\/plain yogurt and vanilla extract, till well combined. Then add in the pumpkin puree.<\/li>\n<li>Bring together the dry and wet ingredients and mix till all is well incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan ready for baking.<\/li>\n<li>Bake\u00a0 at 180\u00b0C for about 40- 60 minutes or until the bread is well baked and a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean. Cover with an aluminium foil halfway through to avoid over-browning on top.<\/li>\n<li>Allow to cool completely before slicing then serve.
