Am here to tell you that a delicious chocolaty brownie can be made using these beans. No one will tell that there is <em>njahi<\/em> in these brownies! They are nutritious since black beans are known to be high in protein, fiber, vitamin B9 , B1, manganese and yet they are readily available. (<strong>Se<em>e note below in case you don\u2019t have a food processor)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Fold in half cup of the chocolate chips then pour the batter into your greased pan then garnish with the remaining 1\/4 cup of the chocolate chips<\/li><li>Bake for 15-20 minutes then once ready, let them cool completely for another 15-30 minutes before cutting. Yields 9-12 brownies.<\/li><li>Serve and enjoy as dessert or snack.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t have a food processor but can mash black beans with a wine bottle, please do so.
