You can have a mango smoothie bowl! If you want this bowl really thick and creamy; wash, peel and cut your mangoes in cubes then freeze beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The health benefits of mangoes include helping in digestion, boosting immunity, promoting eye health, lowering cholesterol, clearing the skin,  an excellent source of vitamin A, beta-carotene and potassium. They also provide vitamin B6, C, E among many other benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Mangoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toppings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Raspberries<\/li><li> Passion fruit<\/li><li> Desiccated coconut<\/li><li> Chia seeds<\/li><li> Sunflower seeds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wash, peel and cut your mangoes in cubes.
