It is simple & quick to make yet very delicious & filling. Best for those lactose intolerant or those avoiding dairy, gluten or any animal based breakfast. It is basically gluten free and vegan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serves 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup rolled oats<\/li><li>2 cups water<\/li><li>1 apple, chopped<\/li><li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li><li>1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toppings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sliced banana<\/li><li>Chia seeds<\/li><li>Desiccated coconut<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Add the chopped apples to a saucepan together with the maple syrup and cinnamon.
