They are among the healthiest gluten free grains  and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. They are known to aid in weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peanut butter on the other hand is a great source of protein, vitamin B6, vitamin E, copper, magnesium among other minerals. In this particular recipe, it gives a nutty flavor to the oats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe is quick to make as it only takes less than 10 minutes to be enjoyed. It is healthy, delicious and a great vegan breakfast option to be enjoyed by both adults & children.
