This healthy blueberry banana smoothie is simply delicious, healthy and loaded with antioxidants. It's also easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • cup (350ml) milk* or water
  • 150 ml yoghurt*
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 300 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for about a minute till creamy then serve.

Notes

* You can use any type of milk that you prefer.
**Feel free to use regular plain/flavored yoghurt or Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt.
*** You can use fresh or frozen banana
