- 150 ml yoghurt*
- 1 frozen banana*
- 300 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
* You can use any type of milk that you prefer.
**Feel free to use regular plain/flavored yoghurt or Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt.
