This Healthy Strawberry Breakfast Parfait is the perfect bite of goodness. It's healthy since Greek yoghurt is used instead of cream.

- ½ cup Toasted oats or granola
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries or strawberry sorbet
- 1 tbsp Honey, optional
- 1½ cup Greek yoghurt
How to make the strawberry sorbet:
Assembling the parfait:
Add a few tablespoons of the toasted oats or granola on your serving glasses. Follow by a few tablespoons of the strawberry sorbet then the Greek yoghurt.Repeat till the glass is full.Serve & enjoy.
Incase you don't have a high speed blender, add a little liquid whenever you are blending frozen strawberries so as not to over work it. A food processor can be used instead.
You can as well opt to use fresh strawberries or crush them with a pestle.
