How to make garlic paste using 2 ingredients in a matter of minutes! Having this garlic paste is time saving and a great way to meal prep. It has a shelf life in the fridge for up to 7 days or 3 months when frozen.

Servings 1 cup garlic paste
- 500 g peeled garlic cloves
- ¼ cup vegetable oil or olive oil
How to store:
Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Incase don't think you can use the paste within a week, consider freezing since it can cause serious poisoning.
Freezer: Place the garlic paste in a small ice-cube tray based on how much you normally use. You can use a teaspoon measurement to allow you know how many teaspoons you need per recipe while cooking. Allow to freeze then transfer to an airtight container or zip lock bag. It can be stored for up to 3 months.
