How to store leafy greens
How to store leafy greens i.e. spinach or collard greens (sukuma wiki) or curly kale and cabbage to last long is critical in minimizing food wastage. It is also pretty easy as describes on this blog post and demonstrated on the video.

Leafy greens
Instructions
Start by cutting off the edges of your leafy greens i.e. spinach or collard greens (sukuma wiki) or curly kale.
Roll out the cling film and place the leafy greens on top.
Wrap tightly to sort of create a vacuum.
Store in the fridge for upto 2 weeks for the leafy greens and 4 weeks for the cabbage.
