Because every day is a Smoothie Day, lets celebrate with a refreshing mango & beet smoothie! Start your day with this healthy & delicious mango & beet smoothie. If you don't like beetroots at all, this smoothie will definitely make you change your stand.

- 1 large frozen mango*, peeled & diced
- 1 medium beetroot, peeled
- 1 frozen banana*
- A handful spinach
- ground flaxseed*
- 1½ cup (350ml) milk* or water
*Whenever I am using spinach, I prefer using a plant based milk or water as the blending liquid since you won't loose the nutritional value of the spinach while the nutrients are been absorbed on digestion.
*Frozen mango and banana can be replaced with fresh
*Ground flaxseeds can be replaced with whole flaxseed though different blenders may crush them differently.
