Strawberry smoothie

This strawberry smoothie is one of the quickest breakfast option perfect on Valentine's Day. It is healthy and can be served in various ways: with some pastry on the side or some granola or muesli.

- 500 ml (2 cups) Natural yoghurt
- 100 g (1 cup) strawberries
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
You can use Greek style yoghurt for a creamier consistency.
Either fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
The drink can be served with some bread or cinnamon rolls or croissants , muffins or any other pastry one has on hand. Another way of serving it would be with some granola or muesli.
