Strawberries: Since they are the star of this dish, be sure to get the juicy and sweet ones.
Greek yoghurt: This is a healthy replacement of cream. It is silky and luscious.
Toasted oats or granola: This brings about the crunch in the parfait yet very high in fiber. If you don’t have granola on hand, toasting your own oats on a pan is a great option! How to is on the recipe card below. Incase you need a granola recipe, click here.
Honey: This is an optional sweetener.
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST PARFAIT:
The making of this healthy strawberry breakfast parfait is an easy 10 minute task yet it yields a healthy & decadent breakfast or dessert option. It can even be made the night before and enjoyed in the morning:
- Toasting the oats: This is a necessary step if you don’t have granola on hand. Start by melting a tablespoon of butter on a pan then add in the oats. Keep toasting till golden brown.
- Making the strawberry sorbet: Add the frozen strawberry in a high power blender or a food processor together with honey if using then blend for a few seconds.
- Assembling the parfait: Add a few tablespoons of the toasted oats or granola on your serving glasses. Follow by a few tablespoons of the strawberry sorbet then the Greek yoghurt. Repeat till the glass is full. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Toasted oats or granola
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries or strawberry sorbet
- 1 tbsp Honey, optional
- 1½ cup Greek yoghurt
Instructions
