STEP BY STEP PROCESS ON HOW TO STORE LEAFY GREENS
- Start by cutting off the edges of your leafy greens i.e. spinach or collard greens (sukuma wiki) or curly kale.
- Roll out the cling film and place the leafy greens on top.
- Wrap tightly to sort of create a vacuum.
- Store in the fridge for upto 2 weeks for the leafy greens and 4 weeks for the cabbage.
