These oven roasted potato (French) fries are a tasty side dish for any meal. They’re easy to make, have a creamy yet crispy texture and are tossed in the right amount of spices.
HOW TO MAKE OVEN ROASTED POTATO (FRENCH) FRIES
To make this potato side dish, start by peeling the potatoes then cutting them into chips. Wash and dry completely then toss with the cooking oil then the spices, black pepper and sea salt ready to bake until they’re beautifully golden.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line your baking tray with parchment paper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into chips. Wash and dry completely then toss with the cooking oil then the spices, black pepper and sea salt till they are well coated.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper on a single layer and roast till they start browning for about 30-40 minutes.
- Toss them then roast for another 20-30 minutes till golden brown.
- Serve as a side with a main of your choice.
