Banana & Raspberry Popsicles

These banana & raspberry popsicles are such a healthy treat especially during the hot season. It's the perfect way of using up over ripe bananas. This recipe is so simple yet it tastes heavenly.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Freezing time 4 hours
Servings: 6 popsicles
Course: Appetizer, Dessert, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup (125g) raspberries
  • ½ cup (120ml) natural yoghurt or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, optional

Equipment

  • Popsicle mold
  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze: Pour the liquid into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks then freeze until hardened (at least 4 hours).
  3. Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

Tip
Since popsicles can last up to 3 months in the freezer, you can remove from the popsicle mold once frozen then put in an airtight container.
