Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. Add garlic and onions, cook for 1½ minutes until fragrant.
Brown the Beef: Add minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add Herbs & Tomato Paste: Stir in oregano, parsley, and basil. Cook for 30 seconds. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Tomatoes & Liquid: Pour in the pureed tomatoes, stock/water, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook the Pasta: Add pasta directly into the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes (more frequently towards the end).
Finish with Cream: Stir in the cooking cream and simmer for another 1–2 minutes. Sauce will be creamy and slightly loose—perfect for serving.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro. Serve hot with your favorite veggies on the side.
