Ingredients
  

  • 240 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Butter or oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add sweetener, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm with toppings of choice.
