- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add sweetener, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
