Method
How to toast oats:
- Melt a tablespoon of butter on a pan then add in the oats. Keep toasting till golden brown.
How to make the strawberry sorbet:
- Add the frozen strawberry in a blender (high power) or a food processor together with honey if using. Blend away!
Assembling the parfait:
- Add a few tablespoons of the toasted oats or granola on your serving glasses. Follow by a few tablespoons of the strawberry sorbet then the Greek yoghurt.Repeat till the glass is full.Serve & enjoy.
Notes
Incase you don't have a high speed blender, add a little liquid whenever you are blending frozen strawberries so as not to over work it. A food processor can be used instead.
You can as well opt to use fresh strawberries or crush them with a pestle.
