- Place the cashews into a blender then add the dates, pinch of salt, vanilla extract if using and water. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes or until the milk is smooth and creamy.
- You can consume it immediately or place it in an air tight jar and refrigerate up to 3 days.
Notes
You can replace the dates with honey or maple syrup for sweetness or leave out all together if you want it unsweetened.
You can as well skip the vanilla extract incase you don't have it on hand.
