Homemade Pancake Mix

A simple, budget-friendly homemade pancake mix that guarantees fluffy, golden pancakes (or waffles!) every time. Perfect for meal prepping breakfast and cutting down morning stress.

Ingredients
  

  • 1190 g (about 9 ½ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 56 g (¼ cup) sugar
  • 24 g (4 tsp) salt
  • 16 g (4 tsp) baking powder
  • 12 g (2 tsp) baking soda

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Whisk thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or jar.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place.
To make 10–12 pancakes :
  1. Use 2 cups of the mix.
  2. Add 2 eggs, 1 ½ cups milk (or buttermilk for extra fluffiness), and ¼ cup melted butter or oil.
  3. Mix until just combined, cook on a greased hot pan, and enjoy!
