Honey Soy Pork

This is the easiest and most delicious honey soy fried pork you'll ever make. With just 6 ingredients and you are good to go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 kg pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 onions, diced
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste (optional)

Method
 

  1. Start by heating some oil in a pan then sear the pork cubes till golden brown. Make sure to use a wide pan to ensure they are well seared then cook till almost done.
  2. Add the honey, soy sauce and onions then allow the onions to cook till soft.
  3. Finally garnish with some cilantro (dania) leaves and enjoy!

Notes

You might not need salt at all since the soy sauce had sodium.
I prefer using dark soy sauce but you can use the light soy sauce or tamari if you prefer gluten free sauces.
