Method
- Start by heating some oil in a pan then sear the pork cubes till golden brown. Make sure to use a wide pan to ensure they are well seared then cook till almost done.
- Add the honey, soy sauce and onions then allow the onions to cook till soft.
- Finally garnish with some cilantro (dania) leaves and enjoy!
Notes
You might not need salt at all since the soy sauce had sodium.
I prefer using dark soy sauce but you can use the light soy sauce or tamari if you prefer gluten free sauces.
