Start by preparing all your ingredients. Dice your mushrooms and onions and chop the cilantro (dania)/parsley/chives.
On a large non-stick pan or wok heat the cooking oil over medium heat then add in the onions and mushrooms. Sauté for 5 to 8 minutes. They will release their own water so keep stirring till all that water evaporates.
As the mushrooms are cooking, cook your noodles as per the package instructions, drain then set aside.
Add all the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and stir well to combine then add to the mushrooms.
Follow by adding the pre cooked noodles to the mushrooms and the sauce. Stir well till well combines. Allow to cook for 2- 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
Garnish with the cilantro/parsley/chives, and serve hot.
