Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line your baking tray with parchment paper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into chips. Wash and dry completely then toss with the cooking oil then the spices, black pepper and sea salt.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper on a single layer and roast till they start browning for about 30-40 minutes.
- Toss them then roast for another 20-30 minutes till golden brown.
- Serve as a side with a main of your choice.
