Start by preparing all your ingredients. Dice your onions, julienne the carrots and chop the cilantro (dania)/parsley/chives.
On a large non-stick pan heat one table spoon cooking oil over medium heat then fry the sausages till they are golden brown all through then set aside.
As the sausages are frying, cook your pasta as per the package instructions, drain then set aside. Remember to reserve some for making the sauce.
On the same large non stick pan that you fried the sausages, heat the remaining oil to fry the onions and the carrots till al dente.
As the onions and carrots are frying, chop the sausages then add them in.
Add all the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and stir well to combine then add to the sausages.
Follow by adding the pre cooked pasta to the sausages and the sauce. Stir well till well combined. Allow to cook for 2- 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
Garnish with the cilantro/parsley/chives, and serve hot.
