Method
- In a large bowl combine the mangoes, onions, cilantro (dania) leaves and bell pepper if using. Season with sea salt & black pepper.
- Add the extra virgin olive oil & lemon juice/ apple cider vinegar. Toss to combine and adjust the seasoning if need be.
- Refrigerate to about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Be sure to use ripe mangoes. Don't attempt to use overripe ones as the salad can be too soggy.
