- Steam the veggies: Place diced carrots and French beans in the Tupperware Rice Maker, cover, and microwave for 7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- In a wide pan or wok, heat the ghee over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and sauté until soft and golden.
- Toss in the steamed carrots and French beans. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
- Serve hot as a colorful, nutritious side dish.
