Simple Stir-Fried Carrots and French Beans

A healthy veggie stir-fry made with carrots, French beans, and onions. Pre-steamed in the microwave using the Tupperware Rice Maker for quick cooking, then stir-fried with ghee and oyster sauce for a rich, savory finish.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g diced carrots
  • 500 g diced French beans
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Steam the veggies: Place diced carrots and French beans in the Tupperware Rice Maker, cover, and microwave for 7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  2. In a wide pan or wok, heat the ghee over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions and sauté until soft and golden.
  4. Toss in the steamed carrots and French beans. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
  6. Serve hot as a colorful, nutritious side dish.
