Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix the ground beef, onion, sea salt and black pepper together till well combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop equal to 1 tbsp, scoop out the meat mixture to make meatballs. Place into a baking dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the honey or brown sugar, ketchup, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, corn starch and vinegar if using till well combined.
- Pour the sauce on top of the meatballs then bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Garnish with either cilantro leaves or chives then serve with the side of your choice.
Notes
Once you have made the meatballs, you can pan sear then till golden brown if you have time then continue to baking.
You can also opt to slow cook on the stove top for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15minutes.
